About Los Valdes In The House
Los Valdes in the House was born on July 26, 2019 in Stafford, Texas, founded by Javier and Gloria Nelly Valdes. Inspired by our family roots and the inherited love for the kitchen, we decided to create a space where Mexican tradition is lived in every dish.
since we were little we learned that cooking is much more than preparing food: it is a way of sharing, uniting, and creating memories. As lovers of Mexican food, we enjoy cooking for our family and also for those who visit us, always offering an authentic flavor that connects us with Mexico.
In our menu you will find tacos, mulitas, burritos, quesadillas and more, made with fresh ingredients and that homemade touch that recalls grandma’s seasoning and the warmth of home. Each recipe reflects our passion for preserving tradition and at the same time sharing it with new generations
